A countdown calendar is particularly useful to track projects that will last a specific amount of time or another measurement.
For example – 100 days of eating well, 100 days to Christmas, 100 hours of exercise, 100 pounds to save for something, 100 miles of running…
You can simply print off a copy of the calendar, and add what the countdown is at the bottom of the page.
Once ready, just add to your planner or the wall and then check off each step as you complete it.
You can see progress really easily – which will motivate you to finish, and also get you excited to see the finish line getting closer.
